Energy solutions from Power of Clean Energy help organizations across the country cut costs each month by finding and fixing the underlying inefficiencies in their facilities. Our holistic approach creates a plan that prioritizes energy efficiency investments based on what offers the greatest ROI.
Challenges
Lutheran Medical Center had only replaced 26% of its interior lighting with LED lights, leaving the facility with a majority of outdated and inefficient lights. Being a 635,202 square foot facility, the need for a full retrofit of the facility lighting was inevitable to save on maintenance costs and utility costs, year after year.
Solutions
After an on-site audit, the PCE team concluded that a full interior retrofit of the remaining lighting was the most financially responsible solution to improve environmental quality. This retrofit had a strong ROI of 3.8 years as well as a cost-savings of $121,274 annually, making the project enticing.
